Shout Outs

Want to give someone a high-five for making progress on their music production journey? Care to give us tips on feature-worthy songs that fall off our radar? Or perhaps give a shout out to some submissions that don’t make it to the top of our competitions?

Here’s a group for a virtual pat on the back and all things wholesome. Post links to tracks or users on the comment section below. We might consider featuring tracks recommended here on top of the tracks posted in “Share Your Sounds” (#music genre) groups on the Community.

Terms:
• Do not recommend yourself!
• Recommended tracks have to be made using Soundation.
• Please follow our Community Guidelines. Failure to do so will result in a ban.

and also what pisses me off is the top track on soundation... DJ-LJ said he made everything himself and he just used the stupid soundpack.. eurodance... im sick of seeing him succeed with songs that he doesnt even make, and other people work soo hard to make there own and put in so much effort... like cal.. he souls have the top track...

when you can get a track trending, it really helps alot to get your song noticed..but if u can have more than 5 songs trending it would be better.. and i just reached 100 folowers last week, ive been on soundation for 3 years now and i havent been on top users for that long.. its not easy getting that much folowers here but if u did do a little (spaming) it does help u but not as much.. also if u keep doing it the soundation crew will notice and they can do anything they want to your account..like DBO he got his account suspended for copyrighting songs. and fake accounts for folowers...

@Cyclosa Yeah I completely accept that I don't help as much as I used to. But you'd be mistaken to think that because I used to be one of the most popular users that I still benefit from it. none of my tracks really ever get noticed but that's fine I know I've had my time here and now the communities changed, good luck to everyone in making music :)

(Awww man! I wanted to jump in too! All the points are covered...) I just wanna say that the people who are "full of themselves" have been here for a while making music. It is not only just the fact that they have been here, but that they know everyone an they are all kinda friends. They can all help eachother out. AND they hav to spend time making music. AAANNNDD they also hav to help others. To me, they sou d like a bunch of busy helpful people. I think that what they have done is amazing and they deserve their spots. And while all of you are here, I would like to say that I really, love

I agree with Cyclosa. I don't think that any of the top users would be where they are right now without a little bit of spamming. I still do it every once and a while. Sometime I will message some of the really well respected users (BackBonez, KE, BASS4ROG, Xephyr) and ask for some feedback on my songs just so I know how to improve for the next time I create one. However I'm starting to do that less and less as I'm feeling more confident as progress.

There is also people like Bass4rog and cyberbit, who are waaaayyy better then the majority of people ahead of them. But why arent they? I have not seen a single spam message or comment from Either of them. Dont get me wrong many of the people on top users have earned the position they are in, (yes you audial) but a lot of them get more than they deserve. And no were not full of ourselves, were basically the "celebrities" of soundation ( kinda contradicted myself there but whatever) and we dont always have the time to help every single person who asks
