Space Journey Remix Challenge

Ok, the final decision has been made! Check out chordsboy’s submission Also check out Chordsboy’s submission, he wasn’t eligible to since he made the original project with me but it’s a good remix. iiihttps://cosmoa.net/view?u=M_un-N0XO-iii (get rid of the is lol)
1) Baked Butter Croissant- Could maybe use some touch ups but this is great! 2) 𝕄𝕌𝕊𝕀ℂ 𝓑𝓨𝓣𝓔 ♪- This is pretty good for what it is but the instrument choice especially is kind of eh in some spots and I don’t like that you looped the same chord progression for the entire song 3) bubble enthusiast- You made two attempts, the one I am featuring is slightly better but like I would have worked on it a little more if it were me, not that it ended up mattering in this case lol.

I can respect 999, I don’t think he deserves so many trends but he makes his own music and sometimes I’ll vibe to his shit (gun smoke was really good). RD3 on the other hand lmfao

In the beginning, the EDM, D&B, and Dubstep lived harmony. But that all changed when the trap Community attacked

And tbh R.D3 only does it for the clout and popularity. He doesn't actually do it for the sake of writing music and the things that come with that. I don't think shadows does that, but it's something I see a lot more from the trap/hip hop community than I do with any other one so I'm always suspicious when I see it. Don't get me wrong, I like getting noticed, but that's not the only reason I do my music. And I can understand why Soundation would take the trap marketing rout. It's more popular in every sense nowadays.

I think it's more of how many people they follow. Like R.D3 literally is following like 2,500 people lol. It's really annoying, and he doesn't even write his own music. It's just a bunch of loops and samples from looperman. And trap is a lot easier to achieve, write, and produce other than edm, dubstep, etc.

Yeah, I also feel like that's the case, especially with how you think that maybe once their stuff stops trending it will open the gates for more deserving songs but then more of their songs start to trend, it's definitely because 1)they make a lot more tracks a lot more easily to trend, and 2)They use more shady tactics like dmming their songs to multiple people to get them to like it and trend.

users like rd and 999 are ruining the trending economy, it's not necessarily that i have a personal problem with 999 but it's actually the fault of the soundation rebrand in 2018 that geared it away from marketing to edm producers and more towards the soundcloud rapper type of people as a cheap easy way to make beats, so as a result the trap community on the site exploded and a lucky few who employed the right tactics got super successful. lets just say that users like rd and shadows really read the market perfectly
